Melanie NeJame
Founder & CEO
Melanie NeJame is Wesley’s Chief Nursing Officer. Melanie is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience working in hospitals and clinics. Melanie works with Wesley’s nurses on licensing and credentialing compliance. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albright College, and a Master of Science in Public Administration from New York University.

Ron Ash
President
Ron Ash is the President of Wesley Medical Staffing, Inc. Ron founded Wesley in 1988 and has led the company’s growth into a network of interconnected nurses, hospitals, and clinics that include the Indian Health Service that operates within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Administration. Ron sets strategy for the company, manages day-to-day operations, and is a key point of contact with nurses seeking to work with Wesley’s clients. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Master of Business Administration from Rice University.

Stephanie Toles
Payroll/Accounting Officer
Stephanie Toles is Wesley's Payroll/Accounting Officer. Stephanie is responsible for all the financial operations of the company, and is responsible for Wesley's payroll, billing, and accounts receivable / payable.

Rebecca Ash
Head of Recruitment and Business Development
Rebecca Ash is Head of Recruitment and Business Development for Wesley. Rebecca is responsible for Wesley recruitment operations, including nurse acquisition and development, on-boarding of Wesley's nurses, organizational analytics, and workforce planning. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Candace Barksdale
Recruitment Specialist
Candace Barksdale is a nurse recruitment specialist for Wesley. Candace is responsible for nurse acquisition, sourcing, and onboarding. Candace has over 5 years of medical experience as well as expertise in aspects of human resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills and is currently pursuing a post baccalaureate in pre-medical studies from University of California, Los Angeles.

Linda Gamble
Regional Manager - Atlanta
Wesley’s recruitment and business operations in the Southeastern United States are overseen by Linda Gamble from its office in Atlanta, Georgia. Linda is responsible for all aspects of nurse recruitment and business development in the Southeast. Linda has worked for Wesley for over 20 years. She holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from Mercer University.
